Interactive Event Booth Design for DHL: Engaging Customers with Sustainability and Creativity

DWHQ designed an interactive and engaging event booth for DHL, aimed at educating customers about DHL's commitment to sustainability. The booth featured a fun photo opportunity with a face cut-out, allowing visitors to pose as a DHL delivery driver, creating a memorable and shareable experience. To further enhance engagement, DHL parcel boxes were placed within the booth, containing foldable paper cards that could be assembled into DHL delivery vans—free for visitors to take home. This self-help and exploration concept resonated strongly with attendees, sparking excitement and drawing participation. The booth was a resounding success, with thousands of photos taken and an overwhelming number of DHL paper vans distributed, effectively spreading DHL’s sustainability message in an enjoyable and creative way.
